Europe is being built out while the Gulf still carries the volumeThe government is putting an office where the workers are going. On August 5, 2026, at the Philippine Embassy in Bucharest, Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac told Filipino community leaders that the department is targeting the establishment of a Migrant Workers Office in Bucharest by the end of 2026. OWWA Administrator Patricia Yvonne Caunan was there too, introducing online membership registration and renewal. An office is a slow, boring, expensive thing to open. The Count Where the posts are Saudi Arabia is not just first, it is more than double second place. Counted on August 11 and limited to orders still open after today: Saudi Arabia 7,473 posts, United Arab Emirates 3,157, Singapore 2,951, Taiwan 1,543, Kuwait 1,528, Hong Kong 1,518, Bahrain 897, Czech Republic 778, Germany 660, Qatar 643. Europe together comes to 2,917. Japan, which sent 60,748 workers in 2025, is advertising 560 today. This is a count of posts being advertised right now, not of people deployed, and the two rankings are genuinely different. Read this before you believe any ranking One job order moved a whole country up the list, and it closed today. The single biggest order in the count was 2,000 geriatric nurse posts for Germany at EUR 3,000 to 3,500 a month, from Bison Management Corporation. It stopped taking applications on August 11. Take it out and Germany falls from 2,660 to 660, below the Czech Republic. That is not a flaw in the count, it is the actual tempo of this market. A ranking of overseas work is a photograph, not a forecast, and the useful thing to do with one is open it the day it lands. The agencies holding the most Five agencies are advertising more than 6,000 posts between them. By posts still open after today: JEDEGAL International Manpower Services 3,433, Luxury and JP International 840, JJHAM International Recruitment 800, Concorde International Human Resource 720, Camox Philippines 685. Two honest limits. Each agency profile shows ten job orders per page, so these are first-page totals, and DMW does not publish a league table of agencies by workers actually deployed. Volume also tells you nothing about whether an agency is good to deal with. What it does tell you is where the open slots are concentrated, and the licence check below takes two minutes on any of them.
