On June 23, the all-Filipino roster of OG Esports won the Southeast Asia qualifier, beating Team Grind Back to clinch a slot at The International 2026, Dota 2's world championship in Shanghai. They won nine of their eleven matches and ended a four-year absence from the sport's grandest stage. The group stage opens in August.
