Before booking transport, reopen the official listing and check your dashboard. Confirm the date, location, registration status, and pass. If you need to cross a province, travel overnight, miss paid work, or pay for lodging, contact the relevant local organizer or DMW through an official channel for timing and onsite requirements. Do not rely only on a repost or screenshot.

Bring only what the organizer confirms. A few printed resumes and your saved pass may be useful, but this issue does not tell you to carry original passports, pay a recruiter, or hand sensitive records to an unverified person. Keep originals secure and verify the agency and job order before acting on an overseas offer.

If Register is missing: the portal FAQ says full preregistration events hide the Register button. That does not confirm walk-in admission. Recheck the dashboard and seek official guidance before traveling.

At the venue: arrive with enough time for check-in, follow organizer instructions, and ask which employers are participating before joining a line. Compare the employer, destination, and position with the opportunity you intend to pursue. A job-fair appearance does not replace the licensed-agency and approved-job-order checks. Do not pay cash without an official written basis and receipt, and do not let time pressure stop you from reading a contract. If the venue details conflict with the live portal or your pass, pause and confirm through an official channel.
