DSWD Announces Alabang Jobs With an October 4 Deadline
DSWD IV-A published a hiring notice on September 24, 2026, with applications due October 4. What you would actually do
RAI stands for Report on Appointments Issued. The job includes preparing these reports, checking documents, maintaining files and coordinating Civil Service Commission submissions.
For your application, think of a real example of checking a spreadsheet, organizing records or coordinating a school project. Explain what you handled and how you checked your work. Treat this as preparation advice, not an extra qualification or a substitute for the required degree.
Build the application in three passes
1. Match the vacancy
Save the full job page and use code 0923-081 in your notes. Check that Alabang is a workable assignment for you. Ask recruitment if your course's relevance is unclear, and clarify the contract duration and pay schedule before making a decision.
2. Prepare the PDS carefully
DSWD asks for a notarized Personal Data Sheet, CS Form No. 212 Revised 2026, with a Work Experience Sheet. The CSC now provides that revision and its guide. Compare dates, names and education entries with your records before arranging notarization.
3. Check what goes online first
DSWD says to upload the PDS first and submit the other requirements if called for an initial interview. Open the complete list now so you can prepare school records and applicable supporting documents. Save any submission confirmation.
Have warehouse experience instead?
The same September 24 notice lists one Warehouseman III contract opening in Alabang, code 0923-080. Its education standard is two years of college studies before 2018, or Grade 12/Senior High School from 2016. It requires eight relevant training hours and two years of relevant experience; no eligibility is required. Duties include relief-goods receiving, storage and inventory records.
Choose based on your documented qualifications. The warehouse role's experience requirement is separate from the administrative opening, even though both appear in one announcement. Open the detailed page for the position you intend to apply for.
