The Short Version

  • The Concentrix Manila role asks for prior BPO experience and onsite work.
  • The Glass Lewis Makati research role requires a degree and is project-based.
  • Read the requirements first. Ask about the pay period, current availability and the next recruitment step.

Two listing snapshots, checked October 7

Call center
Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc.; San Lazaro, Manila; permanent, onsite. The listing shows ₱23,000, without a stated pay period.

Research
Glass Lewis Philippines Inc.; Makati; project-based, generally 3–6 months, with a hybrid setup. The listing shows ₱24,000, without a stated pay period.

Listing dates
Both pages state October 7, 2026. Neither page states an application deadline. A visible listing does not confirm that a vacancy remains unfilled.

Match the experience before the salary figure

For Concentrix, the notice accepts high-school, senior-high-school and college graduates but requires at least six months of BPO experience. It asks for a diploma upon selection, employment certificates, onsite availability and an immediate start. The insurance-account work involves phone inquiries and customer support.

If you have no BPO experience, do not read the education line as a promise that beginners qualify. If you do have it, prepare an accurate employment timeline and examples of handling a difficult conversation. Never include a previous customer’s name, account number or confidential case details in an application.

Research work needs evidence of careful reading

Glass Lewis describes work with public company filings and governance information. The notice requires a bachelor’s degree, English fluency, research skills, computer proficiency and reliable internet. Its hybrid arrangement can involve up to three onsite days a week; initial training may require onsite attendance for up to a month.

A useful practice sample is a one-page summary of a public report you can understand and cite. Separate what the report states from your interpretation. Record the page number for every figure, and mark a missing fact as unknown. This is our preparation exercise, not an additional application requirement from the employer.

A four-step application session

  1. Choose one realistic fit

Write the must-have requirements beside your actual experience. Mark each one met, needs confirmation or not met. Choose the role you can support with evidence. One accurate application is more useful than a copied message that claims every skill.

  2. Make your relevant work easy to find

Move your most relevant experience near the top of your CV. Use a short task, action and outcome statement. If you cannot substantiate an improvement percentage, describe the completed work instead. Keep employment dates and credential names consistent with your documents.

  3. Ask the missing questions

Confirm whether the stated amount is monthly or another period, whether it is basic pay or a package, and which allowances are conditional. Ask about the exact worksite, shift, contract duration and documents needed at this stage. Do not calculate take-home pay from an unexplained headline number.

  4. Keep a simple application record

Save the official URL, date checked, role, employer and your application date. Record the next step and who supplied it. If the notice changes or disappears, confirm the position through the official route before spending money on travel or collecting extra documents.

Try this before pressing Apply

Write a three-sentence introduction in your own words: the role you are applying for, the experience that matches it, and one example you can explain if asked. Read it aloud. Remove a claim if you cannot answer a follow-up about what you personally did.

For the research exercise, imagine a fictional report says that a shop opened two branches but does not report profit. “The shop became more profitable” would be an unsupported conclusion. “The report lists two new branches; the effect on profit is not stated” keeps observation and inference separate. Use that discipline when checking real documents.

Before you submit

  • The current listing still describes the position you want, and you understand its essential requirements.
  • Your CV contains only accurate experience, qualifications and contact details.
  • Pay period, schedule and work location are confirmed or written down as questions.
  • You are using the official application route and sharing only the documents requested for this stage.
